Retour- & Terugbetalingsbeleid Kawayan Martial Arts School (KMAS) Laatst bijgewerkt: juni 2026

Kawayan Martial Arts School biedt geen fysieke producten aan. Dit beleid is van toepassing op cursussen, lessen en workshops.

Annulering door de deelnemer Annuleringen dienen per e-mail te worden ingediend via kawayan.org@gmail.com.

  • Annulering meer dan 7 dagen voor aanvang: volledige terugbetaling.
  • Annulering binnen 7 dagen voor aanvang: geen terugbetaling, tenzij sprake is van medische omstandigheden onderbouwd met documentatie.
  • Bij ziekte of blessure verzoeken wij u zo spoedig mogelijk contact op te nemen. Wij zoeken samen naar een passende oplossing, zoals een alternatieve datum of tegoed.

Annulering door KMAS Indien KMAS een les of cursus annuleert of verzet wegens onvoorziene omstandigheden, ziekte van de instructeur of onvoldoende inschrijvingen, ontvangt u een volledige terugbetaling of een alternatieve datum.

Terugbetalingen Terugbetalingen worden verwerkt binnen 14 dagen na goedkeuring, via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

Kawayan Martial Arts School does not sell physical products. This policy applies to courses, classes, and workshops.

Cancellation by the participant Cancellations must be submitted by email to kawayan.org@gmail.com.

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the start date: full refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the start date: no refund, unless due to medical reasons supported by documentation.
  • In case of illness or injury, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work together to find a suitable solution, such as an alternative date or credit.

Cancellation by KMAS If KMAS cancels or reschedules a class or course due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor illness, or insufficient registrations, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval, via the original payment method.
