Inschrijving & Boekingen Deelname aan lessen, cursussen en workshops is uitsluitend op basis van inschrijving. Een boeking is bevestigd na ontvangst van een bevestiging van KMAS. Door u in te schrijven gaat u akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden.
Betaling Betaling dient te geschieden voor of bij aanvang van de cursus, tenzij anders overeengekomen. KMAS behoudt zich het recht voor deelname te weigeren indien betaling niet is ontvangen.
Annulering door de deelnemer Annuleringen dienen per e-mail te worden ingediend via kawayan.org@gmail.com. Bij annulering meer dan 7 dagen voor aanvang van een cursus ontvangt u het volledige bedrag terug. Bij annulering binnen 7 dagen voor aanvang wordt geen restitutie verleend, tenzij sprake is van medische omstandigheden die met documentatie worden onderbouwd. Bij ziekte of blessure verzoeken wij u zo spoedig mogelijk contact op te nemen, zodat we samen naar een passende oplossing kunnen zoeken.
Annulering door KMAS KMAS behoudt zich het recht voor lessen en cursussen te annuleren of te verzetten wegens onvoorziene omstandigheden, onvoldoende inschrijvingen of ziekte van de instructeur. Deelnemers worden zo spoedig mogelijk op de hoogte gesteld en krijgen een alternatieve datum of volledige restitutie aangeboden.
Gezondheid & Aansprakelijkheid Deelname aan vechtkunstlessen brengt fysieke activiteit en inherente risico’s met zich mee. Deelnemers zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een adequate gezondheid om deel te nemen. KMAS is niet aansprakelijk voor letsel, verlies of schade, tenzij veroorzaakt door aantoonbare nalatigheid van KMAS. Deelnemers met medische aandoeningen worden geadviseerd vooraf hun arts te raadplegen.
Gedragsregels Van alle deelnemers wordt verwacht dat zij medestudenten, instructeurs en de trainingsruimte met respect behandelen. KMAS behoudt zich het recht voor deelname te weigeren of te beëindigen van iedereen wiens gedrag als ongepast of verstorend wordt beschouwd.
Fotografie & Media KMAS kan foto’s of video’s maken tijdens lessen voor gebruik op de website of sociale media. Indien u liever niet gefotografeerd wordt, verzoeken wij u dit vooraf aan te geven.
Wijzigingen in deze voorwaarden KMAS behoudt zich het recht voor deze algemene voorwaarden te allen tijde te wijzigen. De meest recente versie is altijd beschikbaar op onze website.

Registration & Bookings Participation in classes, courses, and workshops is by registration only. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from KMAS. By registering you agree to these terms and conditions.
Payment Payment is due before or at the start of the course unless otherwise agreed. KMAS reserves the right to refuse participation if payment has not been received.
Cancellation by the participant Cancellations must be made by email to kawayan.org@gmail.com. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of a course will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, unless due to medical reasons supported by documentation. In case of illness or injury, please contact us as soon as possible and we will look for a suitable solution.
Cancellation by KMAS KMAS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and courses due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient registrations, or illness of the instructor. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Health & Liability Participation in martial arts classes involves physical activity and carries inherent risk. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate health to participate. KMAS is not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence on the part of KMAS. Participants with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before joining.
Code of Conduct All participants are expected to treat fellow students, instructors, and the training space with respect. KMAS reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation of anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Photography & Media KMAS may photograph or film classes for use on the website or social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance.
Changes to these terms KMAS reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
