What do you learn in a Self Defense course?

 

A course covers how to stand up for yourself and say no, how to set personal boundaries, and how to reduce feelings of anger and powerlessness.

You will learn to recognize and avoid dangerous or threatening situations at home, at work, at school, and on the street, as well as basic kicks, punches, and releases from grabs, vulnerable target areas, and how to use your voice with power and confidence.

Who is this training for?

For everyone — regardless of gender, physical ability, or prior experience. LGBTQ2+ friendly.

Special courses can be tailored to specific needs, including minority groups and those with physical limitations.
